Registered Nurse - RN

Per Diem | 4 Shifts per MonthRequirements: 2 weekend shifts per month, 1 summer and 1 winter holiday.

PAY RATE BETWEEN $32-36/HOUR + PICK UP PAY: $5/HOUR FOR WEEKDAYS AND $7/HOUR FOR WEEKENDS(based on experience and shift differentials)

RN: Registered Nurse Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Current and valid CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use electronic health records and communication tools.
• Ability to frequently push or pull objects weighing up to 60 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects weighing 100 pounds or more.

What you'll do as a RN: Registered Nurse:

• Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, following accepted standards and organizational policies.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess resident conditions, evaluate care plan effectiveness, update care plans as needed, and support LPNs in assessment and care plan development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident records and communicate any changes in resident conditions to appropriate staff, family, and care team members.
• Participate in resident care programs by ensuring adherence to plans of care, proper documentation, and staff accountability; assist with admissions and readmissions including clinical data collection and initial care plan implementation.
