Job Title: Performance & Coaching Specialist
Location: Towson, MD
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
Stouffer Legal is looking for a Performance & Coaching Specialist who can work closely with our attorneys to enhance communication, elevate the client experience, and drive measurable performance improvement. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our attorneys are consistently delivering five-star experiences while achieving individual and team goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one coaching to attorneys to improve communication and client engagement- Lead weekly team meetings with 10–20 people to deliver instruction, feedback, and motivation- Review recorded or live client presentations and provide performance-enhancing feedback- Collaborate with other departments (workshop, client services, business development) to optimize conversions- Develop and implement ongoing coaching programs aligned with company goals- Train new hires using company materials and custom-developed content- Deliver coaching across all performance levels, including low performers with improvement plans- Monitor and report department and individual performance metrics weekly- Use varied coaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles and goals
Core Competencies
- Strong performance coaching and motivational leadership skills- Ability to build a growth-oriented, high-accountability culture- Experience setting benchmarks and coaching teams to exceed them- Skilled in training development and delivery (individual and group)- Familiar with conversion metrics and performance tracking across a revenue funnel- Capable of working across departments to align training with business objectives- Confident in presenting, giving feedback, and coaching both new and seasoned professionals- Proficient with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office 365
