Position Purpose

As part of the Performance Marketing team, the Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining reporting processes, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting campaign execution across marketing channels. This role is responsible for producing routine and ad hoc reports, maintaining measurement systems and processes, coordinating campaign tracking requirements and ensuring adherence to established performance marketing standards and guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Reporting & Data Management

• Produce timely and accurate recurring and ad hoc marketing performance reports for business stakeholders.

• Compile, organize, and validate marketing data from multiple sources to ensure reporting accuracy.

• Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and standardized reporting tools.

• Monitor data quality and identify discrepancies requiring correction.

• Support reporting requests by gathering and preparing data for stakeholders.

• Maintain documentation of reporting methodologies, definitions, and processes.

• Marketing Operations & Campaign Support

• Maintain accurate campaign tracking and attribution setups within call tracking and marketing technology platforms.

• Audit campaign tracking configurations to ensure data is captured consistently and accurately.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to ensure campaign information is properly documented and implemented.

• Support campaign launches by verifying tracking requirements, naming conventions, and reporting structures.

• Assist with quality assurance activities related to campaign tracking and measurement.

• Develop, update, and maintain agency guidelines for new, existing, and renewing marketing campaigns.

• Ensure agency partners follow established campaign setup, tracking, reporting, and documentation standards.

• Maintain standardized templates, processes, and procedural documentation for performance marketing initiatives.

• Serve as a resource for campaign governance requirements and operational best practices.

• Coordinate updates to marketing processes as technologies, platforms, and business needs evolve.

• Build relationships with business partners to achieve a greater understanding of different business functions' goals and how they inform performance marketing strategy.

• This position must sit at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.

• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or reporting role

• Healthcare experience preferred
