Request ID: 90580-1 Title: Performance TesterLocations: Onsite: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 6+ Months with Possible Extension. Pay Range: $45/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)Job Descriptions:Must have Skills• Experience working with Kubernetes and Kafka• Load Testing, Stress Testing, Endurance/Soak Testing, Spike Testing, Volume Testing, Scalability Testing, Concurrency Testing• Java8, Spring boot, SQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Google Cloud Platform(GCP), Apache JmeterExperience in performance testing and analysis• Strong understanding of test types: load, stress, endurance, spike, and volume testing• Knowledge of web applications, APIs, databases, and distributed systems• Experience with tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload, or similar• Ability to read and interpret logs, metrics, and monitoring dashboards• Familiarity with SQL, scripting, and basic programming concepts• Understanding of response times, concurrency, latency, and throughput• Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skillsAdaptability & Flexibility• Aptitude for technology; curiosity, passion and startup mindset• Applied statistics skills: distributions, statistical testing, regression analysisInnovative thinking• Design and execute performance, load, stress, soak, and scalability tests• Analyze application behavior under peak and normal usage conditions• Identify performance bottlenecks in application, database, infrastructure, and network layers• Create test plans, test scenarios, scripts, and performance reports• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and product teams to resolve performance issues• Monitor system metrics such as response time, CPU, memory, throughput, and error rates• Recommend tuning, optimization, and capacity planning improvements• Maintain performance testing tools, frameworks, and environments• Support performance testing in CI/CD pipelines where applicable• Validate fixes and retest after performance improvements"Skills: Network Performance Tuning & Experience working with Kubernetes and KafkaCompany Benefits & Culture
