365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology Oncology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa.

• $800,000 Guaranteed Compensation (First Two Years)

• $600,000 Salary Floor Plus Production Beginning Year 3

• Primarily Outpatient Practice

• 36 Patient Contact Hours Weekly

• Full-Time Employed Position

Practice Environment

• Established statewide cancer service line

• Primarily outpatient practice model

• APP support for inpatient rounding

• Hospitalist team manages admissions

• Equitable physician second call rotation

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care

• Evaluate and manage new and established patients

• Average patient volume of 12–15 patients per day

• Treat a diverse case mix including:

  • Solid Organ Tumors

  • Breast Cancer

  • Gynecologic Malignancies

  • Benign and Malignant Hematology Disorders

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

• Participate in tumor boards and clinical discussions

• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care

Academic & Research Opportunities

• Teach residents and medical students

• Participate in clinical trials

• Receive mentorship and support within a growing oncology program

• Contribute to the development of a new and expanding team

Qualifications

• MD or DO

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology

• Iowa medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA certification

• Unrestricted prescribing authority

• Clean malpractice and background history
