365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology Oncology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in the Quad Cities region of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.

Practice Locations in Davenport and Clinton

Practice Environment
Established team consisting of:
4 Hematology Oncology Physicians
2 Nurse Practitioners
Experienced clinical and support staff
Community-based cancer program
Hospitalist team provides inpatient support
Physician-led medical group focused on wellness and leadership development
Strong autonomy with the support and resources of an integrated healthcare system
Program accreditations include:
National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC)
National Quality Measures for Breast Centers (NQMBC)
Commission on Cancer (CoC)
American College of Surgeons (ACOS)

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care
Evaluate and manage new and established patients
Treat both malignant and benign hematologic disorders
Participate in shared call coverage
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered cancer care
Qualifications
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
Ability to obtain unrestricted medical licenses in Iowa and Illinois
DEA certification
Unrestricted prescribing authority
Clean malpractice and background history
Open to both experienced physicians and graduating fellows.
J-1 and H-1B candidates are encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Benefits
$800,000 guaranteed compensation for the first two years
$600,000 base salary plus wRVU production beginning Year 3
$150,000 commencement bonus
