Outpatient Psychiatry Physician
$318K–$355K + Bonuses | Adult Outpatient | 1:6 Call

365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatry Physician for a full-time permanent outpatient opportunity in Troy, New York.

Position Snapshot
- Base Salary: $318,449 – $354,957
- Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
- Retention Bonus: $30,000
- Schedule: Outpatient, standard daytime hours
- Call: 1:6 weekends | 1:7 weeknights
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Schedule & Coverage Model
- Outpatient clinic-based schedule
- Standard weekday daytime hours
- Call Structure:
- Weekend call: 1:6 rotation
- Weeknight call: 1:7 rotation

Practice Environment
- Established outpatient behavioral health clinic
- Located on hospital campus
- Multidisciplinary care team including:
- Psychiatrists
- Nurse Practitioners
- Therapists
- Counselors
- Case Managers

This is part of a comprehensive behavioral health program with both inpatient and outpatient services.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult patients
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of psychiatric conditions
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in call rotation
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
- Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification (prior to start)
- Clean malpractice and license history
Open to early-career and experienced physicians.

- $318K–$355K base salary
