Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Oncology (Days)Location: Lancaster, NHOverview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personalized care to oncology patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being throughout their treatment journey.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in accordance with clinical protocols and best practices.
• Administer chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and other oncologic treatments, monitoring patient responses and managing side effects.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide comprehensive emotional and psychological support to patients, families, and caregivers, fostering a compassionate and respectful environment.
• Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Supervise and mentor assigned nursing staff and support team members to promote clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and institutional policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required.
• Prior experience in oncology nursing preferred but not mandatory; willingness to undergo specialized training.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and handle complex clinical situations.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate range of $31.78 to $47.00, commensurate with education and experience.
