What You’ll Do

• Perform clinical support procedures under the direct supervision of the Office Nurse or Physician.
• Assist with patient care activities, including taking vitals (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration) as directed.
• Complete blood draws, injections, child immunizations, lab tests, and other procedures within scope of MA certification.
• Prepare exam rooms by keeping them cleaned, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with patient communication, including taking and returning phone calls and providing instructions as directed by the Physician.
• Support medical documentation by helping maintain accurate medical records (e.g., referral forms, lab slips, and other documentation as requested).
• Provide team-based, patient-focused support during exams and procedures, including assisting patients getting to/from exam rooms.
