• Shift: Mon–Thu 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible scheduling available)
• Hours/week: 37.5
• Employment Type: Contract/Temporary
• License/Certs: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling; MI licensure required
• Experience: Prior supervisory experience in mental health preferred

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $35.60 – $48.17 (dependent on licensing and experience)

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all administrative and clinical operations of the outpatient mental health program
• Supervise a team of mental health professionals, ensuring quality service delivery
• Coordinate client care plans and support crisis management efforts
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and organizational policies
• Collaborate with community partners and institutions to improve service access
• Support after-hours crisis coverage as needed, providing guidance to staff

What You NeedRequired:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
• Valid Michigan licensure in relevant field
• Prior supervisory experience in mental health settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with adult outpatient populations
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to crisis situations
