Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics (Days)Location: Peterborough, NH (Candidates must be in the process of relocating to NH; serious inquiries only)Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient pediatric care team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients within a collaborative healthcare environment. • Direct Patient Care: Perform thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, and administer treatments to pediatric patients. Ensure high standards of care and promote positive health outcomes.
• Patient Education & Advocacy: Educate children and their families on disease processes, treatment options, and preventive health measures. Serve as an advocate to ensure respectful and compassionate care.
• Medication & Treatment Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately, adhering to all hospital and healthcare protocols.
• Coordination & Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, healthcare teams, and support staff to formulate and implement patient care strategies.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain precise medical records, document patient progress, and communicate pertinent information promptly to team members.
• Support & Supervision: Oversee and guide clinical support staff such as LPNs and Medical Assistants, ensuring delegated tasks are performed correctly and efficiently.
• Compliance & Standards: Adhere to all regulatory and institutional policies, safety standards, and best practices to ensure a safe and ethical work environment.
• Continuous Professional Development: Stay current with advances in pediatric nursing, participate in ongoing education, and pursue certifications to enhance clinical expertise.
• Additional Duties: Perform other clinical and administrative tasks as assigned to support operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric or outpatient settings.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay Rate: Competitive and commensurate with experience (approximately $39/hour midpoint).
