What You’ll Do

• Perform clinical support procedures under the direct supervision of the office nurse or physician.
• Assist with patient room flow by keeping rooms clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Support patient care by performing or assisting with procedures within MA/LVN/LPN scope (including blood draws, injections, and lab-related tasks where applicable).
• Assist clinicians during examinations by obtaining and recording basic vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Handle patient communication appropriately, including returning phone calls and providing instructions as directed by the physician.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support medical record workflows (e.g., lab slips, referral forms, and other requested documentation).
• Act as a dependable team member by assisting patients to and from exam rooms and supporting nursing procedures as directed.

What You NeedRequired

• Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality for practice, employee, and patient information.
• Credentials/role alignment with the posting (CMA and/or LVN/LPN as applicable).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, professional approach in stressful situations.

Preferred
