Neonatologist – Perm Position in Lexington, KYPediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Neonatologist to join our esteemed Level III NICU team. • Deliver comprehensive, high-quality neonatal care in a 32-bed Level III NICU setting.
• Manage infants from a high-volume nursery serving approximately 4,000 deliveries annually.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including two Neonatologists and two Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, primarily during daytime hours.
• Participate in a balanced schedule that includes home-based night call, supported by 24/7 in-house NNP coverage.
• Perform and maintain neonatal procedures with hands-on proficiency.
• Engage in mentorship and contribute to ongoing professional development, particularly supportive of new graduates.
• Foster a collegial, team-oriented practice environment that prioritizes clinical excellence and compassionate care.
• Ensure compliance with Pediatrix standards and best practices in neonatal medicine.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology.
• Valid medical license to practice in Kentucky.
• Residency within the immediate local area; relocation assistance may be provided.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
