What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients in an inpatient setting following professional standards
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in Kansas or eligible for licensure
  • CPR and BLS certifications
  • Prior inpatient therapy experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred:
  • Experience in hospital or acute care settings
