We are seeking a qualified Social Worker / Supervisor to lead and support our Adult Behavioral Health programs within the day-shift schedule.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and supervision for the Adult Behavioral Health team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and adherence to best practices.
• Oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the department, including staff supervision, program compliance, and quality assurance.
• Engage in direct service provision, including assessments, care planning, and individual counseling for adult clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs, ensuring compliance with state and organizational standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts to facilitate holistic care and recovery for clients.
• Monitor program fidelity standards, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices and organizational protocols.
• Assist in crisis intervention activities and provide after-hours crisis support as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of all required clinical and administrative reports.
• Foster a respectful, collaborative work environment promoting professional development and team cohesion.
• Ensure engagement of eligible clients, facilitating enrollment and ongoing participation in the program.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Current and full licensure as a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), or equivalent in the State of Michigan.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in behavioral health, preferred with supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult mental health, recovery models, and community-based interventions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and community resources.
• Flexibility to work hours as scheduled, including some evenings and weekends, with after-hours crisis coverage.

• Competitive hourly salary ranging from $36.31 to $49.13, commensurate with experience and licensure.

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Additional hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required based on client needs and program demands.
