  • Experience: Prior respiratory therapy experience preferred
Pay & Benefits

What You’ll Do
  • Independently perform respiratory care procedures, including invasive and non-invasive therapies
  • Respond promptly to patient needs and physician orders, interpreting instructions accurately
  • Assess patient condition and deliver prescribed respiratory treatments accordingly
  • Evaluate patient responses and adjust therapies as needed to optimize outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team regarding patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses
  • Assist in critical care situations and respond promptly to workload demands
What You NeedRequired:
  • NBRC Certification (RRT or CRT)
  • Valid respiratory therapist license in Kansas
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in various hospital units
Preferred:
  • Prior experience in hospital settings or critical care units
  • Knowledge of invasive respiratory procedures
