What You’ll Do:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer various anesthesia types (general, regional, monitored anesthesia care) to patients of all ages
• Monitor patients intra-operatively and manage anesthesia-related complications
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management
• Document patient care in accordance with policies and standards
• Collaborate with surgeons and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed for coverage

What You Need:

• Current MI CRNA license and certifications: ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA (no lapsed certifications)
• Proven experience in outpatient surgical anesthesia; no recent graduates or lapsed certification candidates
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain high standards of patient safety and documentation
