• Salary Range: $200,000 – $260,000/year

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct primary care services while maintaining active clinical practice
• Lead and oversee a multi-site, 50-provider outpatient primary care network
• Develop, implement, and standardize clinical protocols and evidence-based practices
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and outcomes
• Mentor, support, and evaluate clinicians and care teams
• Collaborate with administrative and practice management teams to optimize workflows and staffing
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for clinicians
• Support infection control, patient safety, and risk management strategies
• Contribute to financial planning, practice growth, and strategic development
• Engage in educational activities, CME, case reviews, and performance evaluations

What You NeedRequired:

• Board Certified or Eligible with Active CPR Certification
• Valid medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• Leadership experience in primary care setting

Preferred:

• Experience with system-wide clinical oversight and quality improvement
• Strong communication and team-building skills
