Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $36.60 – $45.00 (commensurate with education and experience)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric patients ages 0-3 years in the Infant Child Development program.
• Conduct assessments to identify delays or deficits in activities of daily living, neuromuscular, sensory-intergrative, cognitive, or psychosocial abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on early intervention.
• Educate families and caregivers on therapy techniques and progress.
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team.
• Support transition planning and discharge processes for young children.

What You Need:

• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Kansas.
• Prior pediatric experience preferred, especially with young children.
• Strong communication, assessment, and family-education skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
