What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with neonatologists to deliver evidence-based neonatal care across participating Level II NICUs.
• Provide neonatal/newborn care for infants and families, supporting both clinical and family-centered needs.
• Work across four Level II NICUs in the Oklahoma City metro area: Lakeside, Southwest, Canadian Valley, and Edmond.
• Cover scheduled shifts, including a mix of 12-hour shifts and 24-hour shifts (in-house and on-call).
• Provide on-call coverage from home during off shifts.
• Support continuity of care by participating in day-to-day clinical coordination within the neonatal team.
• Take advantage of additional shift opportunities (including 4-hour newborn nursery coverage at Lakeside, when available).
