• Compensation: $300,000 - $400,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications); pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, urinary incontinence, and infections
• Perform surgical procedures in a fully-equipped operating room
• Provide hospital and emergency department consultations
• Collaborate with an established urologist and nurse practitioner
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
• Cover a light call schedule, approximately 7 days/month

What You Need

• Vermont Medical License (or eligible)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• DEA Certification
• Minimum 1 year of Urology experience
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
