Position: International Permanent Physical Therapist (PT)Location: Batesville, ARPosition Type: PermanentOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate International Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. • Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients with diverse impairments.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress accurately and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all licensing, certification, and healthcare regulations, including VMS certification requirements (ACLS and BLS).

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Current certification in BLS; ACLS certification preferred or required.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in manual therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and pelvic floor therapy is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate from $38.54 to $64.50, commensurate with experience.
