Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $280,000 – $360,000 annually, based on experience and internal equity

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care to a diverse patient population
• Manage gynecologic consults from primary care providers and in-house midwives
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive surgeries
• Maintain surgical volume with access to three new operating rooms
• Participate in advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive procedures
• Provide backup for midwives during uncomplicated deliveries and births, including support for VBACs, water birth, and epidurals
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, and midwives
• Deliver evidence-based care in a supportive, community-oriented environment
• Engage in a stable, low-turnover practice with a respectful, collegial atmosphere

What You NeedRequired:

• Medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Minimum 2+ years of practice experience preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred:

• Experience with minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgeries
• Previous experience in a community hospital setting
