Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $458,000 – $508,000 annually

Pay package discussed upon application.What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general otolaryngology care to adult and pediatric patients
• Collaborate with fellowship-trained subspecialists in head and neck surgery, microvascular surgery, laryngology, otology, rhinology, and sleep medicine
• Participate in outpatient clinics, surgeries, and procedures using state-of-the-art equipment
• Share call responsibilities equally across the team to ensure work-life balance
• Contribute to developing and expanding practice services, especially in laryngology or skull base surgery (preferred)
• Use EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and management
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development

What You NeedRequired:

• Medical license in Colorado (or eligible for licensure)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Preferred:

• Desire to develop a comprehensive ENT practice
• Interest in subspecialties like Laryngology or Skull Base Surgery
• Experience in general ENT treatment and procedures
