- Provide comprehensive general otolaryngology care to adult and pediatric patients
- Collaborate with fellowship-trained subspecialists in head and neck surgery, microvascular surgery, laryngology, otology, rhinology, and sleep medicine
- Participate in outpatient clinics, surgeries, and procedures using state-of-the-art equipment
- Share call responsibilities equally across the team to ensure work-life balance
- Contribute to developing and expanding practice services, especially in laryngology or skull base surgery (preferred)
- Use EPIC EMR system for patient documentation and management
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development
- Medical license in Colorado (or eligible for licensure)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (ENT)
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Desire to develop a comprehensive ENT practice
- Interest in subspecialties like Laryngology or Skull Base Surgery
- Experience in general ENT treatment and procedures
