Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $30.00 – $44.00/hour (based on experience; non-negotiable; union position)

What You’ll Do

• Perform clinical laboratory testing to assist in disease detection, diagnosis, and treatment
• Operate lab equipment and utilize medical software to process specimens accurately
• Maintain safety standards and laboratory protocols
• Ensure confidentiality and quality control across all lab activities
• Document and communicate test results reliably and efficiently
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support patient care

What You NeedRequired:

• Valid Medical Laboratory Technician license in Oregon
• Demonstrated knowledge of lab techniques, procedures, and safety protocols
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
• Legible handwriting and reliable attendance

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a medical laboratory setting
• Familiarity with laboratory software and instrumentation
