What You’ll Do
  • Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, and provide therapy services for referred inpatients and outpatients
  • Deliver patient care using knowledge of human growth and development across pediatric through adult patients
  • Coordinate and communicate patient care activities with the health care team and the patient
  • Provide appropriate patient-related documentation, including quality assessment
  • Maintain a consistent, patient-centered approach aligned with referral requirements from licensed physicians
What You NeedRequired
  • BS degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current New Hampshire Physical Therapy license
  • BLS (required)
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Preferred
  • 1-year experience (preferred, not required)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
