Rehabilitation Physical Therapist (PT) – Permanent, Full-Time (Days) – Keene, NHWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our reputable healthcare team in Keene, New Hampshire. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and improve mobility.
• Re-evaluate patient progress regularly and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals, progress, and home exercises to support ongoing recovery.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a safe, efficient healthcare environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid New Hampshire Physical Therapy License.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association).
• Prior clinical experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
