What You’ll Do

• Perform blood draws, injections, child immunizations, lab tests, and other clinical support procedures within MA certification scope.
• Assist the physician during exams, including taking vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration).
• Keep exam rooms clean, neat, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Answer and return patient phone calls as directed by the physician.
• Provide patient instructions as instructed by the physician.
• Maintain medical records support, including referral forms, lab slips, and other requested documentation.
• Support patient flow by assisting patients getting to/from exam rooms and prepping patients for procedures/exams as needed.
• Work collaboratively as part of the care team and remain flexible with other clinical needs within MA certification guidelines.
