Location: Kennebunk, MaineCompensation: $25.89–$28.45 per hourSchedule: 32 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Weekend rotation

Overview
Join a specialized rehabilitation team providing Post-Acute Brain Injury and Stroke Rehabilitation. The facility offers Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Outpatient Rehabilitation Services in a multidisciplinary environment focused on helping patients achieve greater independence and quality of life.
The center is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and provides Physical, Speech, Respiratory, Occupational, and Recreational Therapy, along with 24-hour Skilled Nursing Care, Case Management, Social Services, and Community Integration.

Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility, transfers, balance, and functional activities
Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and other members of the care team
Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current PTA license or eligibility for licensure in Maine
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
