Responsibilities
Deliver speech-language pathology assessments and therapy to clients on-site.
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.
Document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in the patient record system.
Monitor client progress and adjust therapy goals to maximize outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate holistic care.
Maintain high productivity with measurable metrics and clear activity visibility.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies, including privacy requirements.
Attend on-site meetings and participate in pipeline-based planning for territory goals.
Pursue professional development opportunities to advance clinical expertise.
Educate clients and families about therapy plans, progress, and Home exercise programs.
Maintain professional demeanor and high-quality standards in all client interactions.
Identify potential service gaps and contribute to service expansion opportunities.
Experience/Qualifications
Provide comprehensive SLP assessments and evidence-based therapy on-site.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
Accurately document assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in EHR systems.
Ensure regulatory and facility policy compliance, including privacy.
Monitor client progress and adjust goals to maximize outcomes.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic client care.
Pursue ongoing professional development to advance clinical expertise.
Demonstrate familiarity with privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA) and confidentiality.
Maintain high productivity with clear activity visibility and metrics.
Attend on-site meetings and contribute to pipeline-based territory planning.
Educate clients and families about therapy plans and home programs.
Demonstrate ability to self-motivate within a growth-focused, merit-based environment.
Maintain professional demeanor and high-quality client interactions.
Identify service gaps and contribute to program expansion opportunities.
