Full-Time Assistant Clinical Director Coeur d'Alene, ID
Connected Health Care is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Full-Time Assistant Clinical Director to join one of our respected partner organizations in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. This is a hybrid clinical and leadership role, perfect for candidates ready to grow from a case manager position into leadership. This position combines administrative responsibilities with fieldwork, making it an excellent stepping stone for advancing your healthcare career in home health or hospice.
Position Overview The Assistant Clinical Director will support daily clinical operations while maintaining involvement in patient care. This role includes chart review, quality assurance, scheduling, and stepping in to assist when the Clinical Director is unavailable. Candidates will begin training as a case manager before transitioning into leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chart reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards*
- Assist with QA/QAPI initiatives and clinical documentation accuracy*
- Support staff scheduling and coordination of patient care services*
- Step in to assist with leadership duties in the absence of the Clinical Director*
- Provide clinical support in the field as needed*
- Assist with payroll processes and timekeeping accuracy*
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes*
- Maintain compliance with home health and hospice regulations
Education & Certification Requirements
- Active RN or relevant clinical license in the state of Idaho (or eligible)*
- Minimum of 1 year experience in home health or hospice required*
- Clinical leadership experience is a plus but not required*
- CPR/BLS certification required*
- Strong knowledge of home health or hospice regulations preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities*
- Ability to balance administrative duties with clinical responsibilities*
