We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Registered Nurse to provide top-quality care across the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum spectrum. Required Skills:

• Current RN license through the Compact State with no restrictions*
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications*
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with preference for Labor & Delivery and couplet care backgrounds*
• Proficiency in fetal heart monitoring*
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to interpret patient outcomes*
• Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in fast-paced settings*
• Experience with Meditech or other EMR systems*
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Additional certifications in obstetric or neonatal care*
• Experience working in a variety of shift schedules, including day, night, and PRN shifts*
• Knowledge of patient education and support during labor

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing*
• At least 2 years of specialized L&D nursing experience, ideally within a hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Flexibility to work varied shifts based on department needs*
• Willingness to work in a fast-evolving, team-oriented environment
