Position Overview The Account and Business Analytics Manager will oversee financial performance, budgeting, reporting, and data analytics for a multi-provider physician group. This role works closely with executive leadership, physicians, and operational teams to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the physician group
Analyze financial performance, productivity metrics, and operational trends
Prepare and present detailed financial and analytics reports to leadership and stakeholders
Support physician compensation modeling and practice performance analysis
Monitor revenue cycle data, expenses, and profitability across service lines
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost optimization
Collaborate with accounting, billing, and operational teams to ensure data accuracy
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators
Assist with strategic planning initiatives and long-term business growth
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and financial best practices
Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or healthcare administration
Experience working with physician practices or healthcare organizations strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools
Experience with data visualization platforms and analytics software preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
