Job Description As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide essential support to students with special needs, ensuring their safety, comfort, and ability to participate in school activities. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting students with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.*
Supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management plans.*
Monitoring and recording students' progress and communicating with teachers and other staff.*
Providing physical and emotional support to help students achieve their educational goals.*
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for students.*
Collaborating with educators and parents to ensure the best care for students.

Education and Certification Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.*
Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role preferred.*
Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.*
Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and assisting with mobility.
