Primetone LLC is seeking reliable and detail-oriented janitorial staff for post-construction cleaning in a residential building. The ideal candidate will ensure all apartment units and common areas are cleaned to a move-in ready standard.
Scope of Work:
- Post-construction cleaning of apartment units (dust removal, debris removal, surface cleaning, etc.)
- Cleaning of common areas including front and rear entrances/lobby, main corridor, mailroom/package room, and rooftop
- Removal of cardboard floor protection and mopping of floors
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors throughout the building
- Cleaning of front desk and shared surfaces
- Ensuring all areas are cleaned to a move-in ready standard
Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or post-construction cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
