Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in California7+ years of personal injury experienceExcellent knowledge and understanding of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures pertaining to personal injury casesStrong research and analytical skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal precedents, statutes, and regulationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondenceProven track record of successful case management and client representation, with a focus on achieving positive outcomesExperience in conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing sound legal advice to clientsAbility to effectively collaborate and work as part of a team, including coordinating with paralegals, support staff, and other attorneysStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential informationBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
