Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in New Mexico. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for representing clients who have been injured as a result of the negligence of another party.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice to clients regarding personal injury matters
Handle all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through trial
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state
Proven experience in personal injury law
Strong negotiation and communication skills
