Personal Injury Legal Assistant

Rocky River, Ohio | Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | $25/hour

We’re seeking a detail-driven Personal Injury Legal Assistant and Law Office Administrator who will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring our practice operates efficiently. This is a key position where the attorney will rely heavily on your expertise, precision, and initiative.

Technical Skills & Tools:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (including complex formulas)
Heavy daily use working with AI tools and modern legal research technologies
Knowledge and experience using legal platforms such as: MRO, Chartswap, Justice Bolt, MCS Direct, Records Imaging, and CIOX
Strong typing skills across both computer and typewriter
Skilled in using PDF editing/filling software for legal documentation
