Legal AssistantLocation: Galleria Area, Houston, TX(Hourly, 1099 for first 90 days) benefits after 90 days

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to support a small, dynamic law firm specializing in personal injury, accident, and product liability cases.

Responsibilities:

Support 2 attorneys and the Senior Paralegal with day-to-day tasks

Manage scheduling, calendaring, and ensure deadlines are met

E-file court documents and maintain case files

Assist Senior Paralegal with drafting, discovery, trial preparation, and other case-related needs

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Qualifications:

Experience in personal injury or litigation support preferred

Bilingual Spanish highly preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills
