Job Description
EverStaff is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for our client in Little Rock! This individual will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from initial filing through resolution.
Position Details:
Direct Hire Opportunity
Location: Little Rock, AR
Pay: $100,000 - $120,000
Schedule: Full-time, first shift

Responsibilities:
- Manage full caseload of personal injury litigation files
- Conduct client meetings, depositions, mediations, and pre-trial conferences
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
- Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, and jury trials
- Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and fellow attorneys
- Communicate effectively with clients, providers, and opposing counsel
- Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial as needed
- Stay informed on evolving laws and legal trends
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the Arkansas Bar
- 3–5+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or insurance defense
- Trial experience preferred (jury or bench)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and accurately
- Passion for client service and ethical legal representation
