- Essential Functions and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)Ability to manage files from inception to trial.
- Experience with depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent research and writing abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong legal research skills and strong work ethic.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida with good standing.
