Job Description

Paralegal for Personal Injury Firm Jacksonville, FL Our client, a reputable Personal Injury Law Firm in Downtown Jacksonville, is seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal with litigation experience to join their team to work in their main office. As a Paralegal, you will provide support to the firm's attorneys by conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, managing case files, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and trial briefs.
Compile and organize evidence.
Manage case files and calendars.
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Assist with trial preparation.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

2 or more years of experience in personal injury litigation.
Strong research and writing skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
