Job Summary – Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury).We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a busy personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will assist in managing cases from initial client intake through trial and verdict, ensuring that all aspects of the litigation process are handled efficiently and accurately. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining regular communication with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies.Responsibilities:The Litigation Paralegal will assist with case intake, document collection, discovery, medical record review, motion preparation, trial preparation, and case management, helping to move cases forward through every stage of litigation. The position requires the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, maintain detailed case files, and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
