Job DetailsJob Description: Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated litigation paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will support attorneys in personal injury cases, assisting with case management, document preparation, client communication, and litigation support.Key Responsibilities:Manage case files, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court rules.Communicate with clients, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.Assist in discovery and investigation, including evidence gathering and deposition support.Provide pre-trial and trial support, including preparing exhibits, witness lists, and case strategy materials.Track billable and non-billable hours, ensuring effective time management.Qualifications:Previous experience in personal injury law or litigation support is preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple cases.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency with legal software and document management systems.We offer a supportive and growth-oriented work environment with opportunities for advancement.
