Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join our fast-growing personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience in personal injury matters, be familiar with New Jersey law and procedures, and be bilingual in Spanish. Candidates should also be comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 80 100 litigation files in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

The salary range is $65,000 $80,000, depending on experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Draft, file, and serve complaintsDraft and respond to discovery demands, motions, and related filingsManage and maintain the litigation calendar and case deadlinesRequest and follow up on records from medical providers and other entitiesComply to court orders and deadlinesPerform legal research as needed

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of paralegal experience, preferably on the plaintiff side of personal injuryStrong legal writing, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environmentFluency in Spanish is a requirementProficient in litigation procedures and calendaringDetail-oriented with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping injured clients
