Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive assistance to attorneys in managing personal injury cases - Systematically organize and update case files from intake through to resolution - Oversee the scheduling and coordination of: - Depositions - Hearings - Medical records and necessary documentation - Maintain effective communication with clients, healthcare providers, and insurance firms - Support the drafting of legal documents and preparation of trial materials

Key Skills and Qualifications: - Demonstrable experience in a personal injury legal role - Exceptional organization and multitasking skills - Strong verbal and written communication talents - Familiarity with Filevine software is preferable - Bilingual abilities are greatly valued - Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive attitude
