Ready to take ownership of your cases and work directly with a Managing Partner? This is that role. Burnett Specialists is partnering with a highly respected Houston-based plaintiff law firm that is urgently hiring an experienced Litigation Paralegal to step into a critical, high-impact position. This is not a back-office roleyou will be trusted to manage your own docket and play a key role in case strategy and execution.Position: Litigation Paralegal Personal Injury (Plaintiff)Location: Houston, TX (Onsite first 90 days, then hybrid)Compensation: $70K$90K DOE Why this role stands out:

- Manage a full docket of plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through trial preparation
- Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence in Texas state and federal courts
- Coordinate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counsel
- Prepare cases for trial, including exhibits and binders
- Track deadlines and maintain organized case files
- Support case strategy and execution alongside the Managing Partner
- 5+ consecutive years of plaintiff personal injury experience (non-mass tort required)
- Strong experience with motor vehicle accidents and 18-wheeler cases
- Experience in both Texas state and federal courts
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
