Personal Injury Paralegal- Houston, TXOur firm is looking for a seasoned Litigation Paralegal with substantial personal injury experience to partner closely with trial attorneys on complex, high-volume matters. This position supports cases from initial filing through verdict and post-trial activity.Full BenefitsSalary: $55,000 - $75,000Responsibilities
- Partner with attorneys to manage plaintiff personal injury cases through all phases of litigation
- Prepare, review, and coordinate filing of pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Oversee subpoena preparation and service, track compliance, and manage court deadlines
- Compile and organize medical documentation, billing records, lien information, and damages materials
- Develop deposition summaries, witness files, and trial exhibits
- Coordinate expert witnesses, mediations, and settlement documentation
- Assemble comprehensive trial binders and provide in-court litigation support
- Maintain accurate case tracking within the firms litigation management platform
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel
- 2-3+ years of experience supporting personal injury litigation
- Working knowledge of Texas civil procedure and discovery practice
- Strong writing, proofreading, and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Office and litigation case management systems
