Personal Injury Paralegal Dallas, TX 75219 (Onsite)$80K$95K + BonusTired of being just one piece of the process?Join a growing litigation team where you'll manage high-value personal injury cases from start to finish and play a key role in complex injury matters.CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal for a Dallas-based legal services client. This role supports complex litigation matters through all phases of a case, from intake through trial preparation and resolution. What You'll Do
- Manage cases from start to finish*
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand packages*
- Handle e-filing and court communications*
- Organize medical records, reports, and case documentation*
- Track deadlines and litigation milestones*
- Assist with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience*
- Plaintiff-side personal injury experience preferred*
- Strong drafting and legal writing skills*
- Experience managing cases independently*
- Trial preparation experience is a plus*
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization
- $80K$95K base salary + bonus*
