Job Description

An established Arkansas personal injury office is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal who can manage cases, meet deadlines, and provide excellent client communication.

WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE

• Maintain personal injury files from intake through resolution• Request and organize medical records, bills, and case evidence• Communicate with clients, providers, adjusters, and opposing counsel• Assist with demands, discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial preparation• Track statutes of limitations and important case deadlines

WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous personal injury or litigation experience• Strong case-management and communication skills• Experience with medical records and insurance claims• High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
