• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and correspondence in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research, review documents, and manage case files.
• Organize evidence, track litigation calendars, and monitor dockets.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and co-counsel.
• Train, mentor, and supervise case managers.
• Maintain accurate records in case management software (Neos preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred).
• 5+ years of mass tort paralegal experience required.
• Strong knowledge of multidistrict litigation and/or class actions.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and research skills.
• Experience with multi-state/federal litigation a plus.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads and mentor staff.
